Regather Land Preserves
Ragather Land is now producing jams, chutneys and pickles. The preserves are made, where possible, from Sheffield grown produce or from fruit and vegetables that would otherwise have gone to waste. Responding to the produce available on the day of making results in creative and exciting varieties that you will not find in your local supermarket.

Persimmon & apple jam
With Sheffield apples, UK sugar & a hint of chilli, this jam is the perfect pick-me-up on a cold winter morning.
Tomatillo chutney
A combination of Sheffield grown tomatillos (a relative of the tomato & cape gooseberry) & apples, courgettes, onions, chillis & ginger.
